RETURNS

FLUX will only accept returns if the goods you have received are faulty. In the event that this does occur, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of you receiving the parcel. An exchange will depend on stock availability.

Choose wisely as FLUX will not accept returns if they are simply a change of mind. Returns will not be accepted if you have not followed the care label instructions correctly. Please remember to provide your receipt as proof of purchase. It is highly recommended you provide us with your contact details (Phone, Postal Address) in the event we need to contact you.

Please let us know you are returning your item/s, noting the problem and if you would like an exchange or refund.

We cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns. To ensure your item arrives safely back to FLUX, please express post or send your item/s via registered post.

We will not be held liable for items lost in the post.
